Megan McCaleb is an award-winning comedian, author, and leadership trainer who helps teams and executives communicate better, connect deeper, and lead with more humanity. As CEO of Improv Team Culture, she delivers high-impact training rooted in the power of “Yes, And”—the improv principle that transforms communication, boosts psychological safety, and strengthens company culture.

With over two decades of experience, Megan has worked across high-stress industries—fire service, healthcare, tech, and education—designing communication strategies and leadership programs that align values with action. Her background includes over a decade in retail bank management and five years managing FEMA SAFER grants for nationwide firefighter recruitment and retention. She has trained thousands of leaders and frontline teams to navigate mental wellness with authenticity.

A passionate advocate for suicide prevention and adoption education, Megan draws from her lived experience as a birth mother and adoptee to empower deeper connection. Her mission: to break silence and build trust through storytelling.

Megan has worked with Stanford University, Micron, POWER Engineers, Delta Dental, and multiple state fire associations. Megan is also a Woman of the Year honoree and part of the Idaho Business Review’s Power List for Workforce Education.
